I will spread some peanut butter on top after I flip it over and scrape it off after all’s cooked.
I especially like the kind of cheese that bites you back on the way down, and some mustard that’s not that yellow abomination from French’s. Lettuce and onions are also keen, I also prefer a couple slices of tomato and cucumber instead of ketchup and pickles. I detest pickles, but can stomach ketchup if I must, even if it was Reagan’s favorite vegetable.
One thing I do on picnics is seed and chop one cucumber and tomato about 1/4 inch dice, mix it with JUST enough olive oil and vinegar (equal mix) to hold it together, then spice it up and call it relish. I can’t explain why I use vinegar when I detest pickles, but I do. It goes in a peanut butter jar when finished, and one year, I may even plant the mater and cuke seeds, too.
