Most dairy cattle end up being made into ground beef, probably for the fast food market.
Who ascertains why down cattle are down? I am sure they do not do diagnostics why the animal is sick.

Knoxville, TNDowner cattle are not necessarily sick. They can be crippled for other reasons, birthing for one.
