Nice but where is the cheese on that macaroni?
mar, as HowlingBarnyardFowl says, it was barely there. In spite of its increasing popularity on restaurant menus, Mac & Cheese seems to be a hit or miss side lately. Even if the cheese is there, it frequently lacks the saucy quality most people like. The stuff isn’t especially appealing fresh off the stove, and after its been sitting in a steam table all day it only gets worse. This version wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t memorable either.
