After Louis’ suggestion, I finally got around to trying out the Bar-B-Q barn in Evansville last night. I am in total agreement with his post. The building had been freshly remodeled — no traces were left from its Bonanza past. I had the pulled pork and brisket combo platter. It made for a fine meal, however I would like to see a little more variety in the side dishes. All in all it was a fine evening as we left there to go to historic Bosse Field to watch an Evansville Otters baseball game.

We will certainly be stopping back.
