I know this is late Saps, but I was just in Baltimore this weekend and went to a great place:
Slainte Irish Pub.

It’s not a chain, and it has great oysters, clams and crab cakes and its steak was excellent.

It’s in Fells Point.

We ate up stairs at a table near the 2nd floor bar next to windows looking down on the streets of Fells Point.
It’s right next to the intersection of Thames and Broadway on Thames.
