Actually lleechef, the breakfast bread was just room temp. The German guys and ladies just spread the grease on the bread and apparently enjoyed it. I tried it and it was OK only because I was not used to it. Those guys dug it cause they did it on a regular basis.
I personally did not like it cause it was grease that I was not use to. Somehow, German grease was different.
It was not Tennessee fried Grease.
