Argent,

I am having problems getting the bacon grease spread on the beer. Any hints?

It’s not for spreading. It’s for dipping.

And Llechef: One man’s nightmare is Homer Simpson’s sweet, sweet, fantasy. And maybe Clothier’s.

But back to topic…(I’m trying, Mayor, really). Everyone always gushes about how great Irish bacon is. When I went to England, I couldn’t wait to try it. I hated it. Very gamey and chewy and at its freshest is seems slightly spoiled.

But how about that back bacon, eh???
