Bacon. Ah… Perhaps the essence of life itself? Who knows. Crispy, juicy, etc., the flavors are soon rendered into my "bacon grease" jar to further intensify my future endeavors with fresh greens, acre peas, and other delicious "eatin’s". Sometimes, I actually eat bacon with breakfast. I like grits, also… Fried eggs (in bacon fat, of course ;), bacon, grits, toast, & coffee. Valhallia!!!!
