Good bacon, ah yes, a thing of the past. We can get it in Tokyo but pretty plasticized. Thick, thin, glad we can get it at all.
Mayor, you mentioned a bit ago –
Jowl bacon. My mom used to use it for clam chowder and damned if, when I go home to Vancouver, I can find it. They look at me blankly. Does it have an alias?
