Since I am a bit of a coupon fanatic, I got a chance to stock up on bacon, 2 weeks ago.

My local Supermarket (A&P) had a sale on Smithfield bacon (it is very good). It was buy 1 get 1 free. So, (2) 1 lb. packages for $4.49.

It happened to be triple coupon week, and I had tons of $.75 coupons.

To make a long story shorter, I have 24 lbs. of bacon in my freezer, which cost me nothing. A good deal.

Now, I need to do something with it! I have 2 teenage sons, so it should go rather quickly. They might even eat it frozen. LOL
