You know. i got up this am and read this—then went off to cook bacon and eggs—and i TRIED to cook extra bacon!!! I really did! but when we got through eating there was no extra bacon! Some of it never even made it to the plate!—oh and i too like mine done to a nice brown color,just short of crispy! [:D]
