Great sounding soup – that baked spaghetti sounds good too! My favorite `non-breakfast’ use of bacon is in fried rice w/ egg and veggies. I also like it in frittatas (which bridge the gap between breakfast and non-breakfast), chowders, and pasta sauces (pref. pancetta). Bacon is very adaptable and has many uses[:D] I actually want to make my own turkey bacon, but that’s another story.
