Blues and BBQ will work in Erwin but never Brews. Tight knit town with a history of not allowing new beer licenses to be issued. This is a serious proposal, the place will be for sale and for a song of a price. I know Mr. Pig very, very, well. Don’t I Sundancer?
It has a $17K Old Hickory Pits all stainless smoker that has a capacity of 600 pounds every 24 hours. Bet you can get it for about 225,000 lock, stock, barrel and I’ll toss in the recipes, methods, and a no compete clause for a 350 mile radius. It does not get better than this.
