On pizza in Denver, we’re staying right near a Grimaldi’s. I’ve never been to either the original or one of the franchise locations, so I’ll probably take advantage of being so close to one to try it. We may also try a place called Cart Driver. If I’m understanding what I read correctly, the entire restaurant is inside of a shipping container (the big ones that travel across the ocean on huge ships). The photos I saw of the pizzas look good and they have a clam pie that I want to try.
