You need to go to the Lucky Palace in Bossier city just across the Red River bridge from S’port. It is right off I20–take Isle of Capri exit and take a right and then a hard left at the Exxon station. It is in the America’s Best Inns motel. A banal location to be sure but once inside the food is superb authentic Chinese. Plus they have a great wine list…one of the best in the state. Lim is the owner and wine wizard or ask for Tong if Lim not there. Tong knows all the best dishes but be sure to try the duck and scallion pancake. Hope you are able to make it.
