About a year ago I began shopping only at Costco and Super Target and a few local speciality shops. I (and my famliy) have enjoyed better quality and certainly LOWER prices.

Super Target carries almost everything that our local stores (Jewel and Dominicks) carry and for about 30% less (and they accept coupons). For example the CoffeeMate Hazelnut Fat Free coffee cream we use is $4.85 at Jewel and it is $2.85 at Super Target and sometimes on sale for $2.50

Costco is great for items we use alot of, coffee, cheeses, juice, and the typical chicken Nuggets and other frozen items.

My food bill for my family of 6 has gone from approx $1000 a month to approx. $700 and again we are eating better and healthier!!
