I just tried Ginger Gold last year..and thought they were amazingly good! I can remember when Fuji and Gala apples were new around here, and now they sell more than either the Red or Golden Delicious varieties. The kids and I love the Galas for eating every day. (And in my new fave, cheese and apple sandwiches)
