I was a Braeburn fan for a long time, but recently I had the chance to bite on three Braeburns and three Pink Ladies, in alternation, and the Pink Ladies are somewhat more to my taste. Now I’m a Pink Lady fan. There might be an apple that I would like even more than Pink Ladies. Any suggestions? (Ida Reds are good, but Pink Ladies are better.) I’ve heard good things about Goldrush, but haven’t tried them yet.
