Pogo sent me a package of some of his home roasted beans ( roasted on his Rube Goldberg machine , you really ought to access his photo of it) and I’ve been using them all this week – they make an excellent pot of coffee in my old fashioned percolator. I freeze my roasted beans, despite my regular purveyors horror at my doing such sin to his efforts, and while my taste may be somewhat dulled by excessive age and alcohol, I don’t see that it does any harm to the product.
Cheers, John
