Sop That,

A man after my own heart.

It’s fun to scrounge around for parts, try to get them working properly and fiddling around with it till you get your roasts where you want them.

I’ve read some good reviews on the SC/TO on CoffeeGeek.com. It’s amazing what people can come up with when they put their minds to it.

The Harrar Horse is in my top three best liked varietals.
If you ever want to try the Indian Plantation A I know of a place online that sells them right now. The taste roasted to full city is dark cherry and mocha fading to caramel as the cup cools.
