Carlton, I think I stopped at the bakery you are talking about. If so, it was in a older building and appeared to have been a bakery for many years. It was white and I think it was a two story. Great French cruellers. Definately some artistry there. I also had dinner at a place north of town that wa first class and a little pricey. Great ambiance with a neat view of the landscaping in the rear. It was out in the country.
I started a business in Springfield about three years ago and spent many weeks there.
