Forget his politics and listen to his words where
he speaks of "we went down to the river."
I think it’s called, "The River.
That song is so rich, real, and human.
It is a rich portrait of many of my generation.
We often hate or dislike the giver of so many things
that could enrich our lives, and we waste and ignore
things that could make our quests in life better.
Don’t ignore the gifts they offer us.
