I’d be thrilled with your spread … if you were going to add something, add something Italian … (chili would not complement and good spread of meats and cheeses in my opinion).

Maybe, roast a pork butt with some Italian seasoning … (12 hours at 225 degrees) … heat up some decent sauce.

Back to the spread, just because you live in Rochester, don’t resort to Hormel meats and cheeses. Find a good source and some decent bread and some decent olive oil … set it out a let your buddies grab, tear and dip to their hearts content.
