Here is a pasta salad I make, my favorite:
1 box bowtie pasta boiled, drained.
2 carrots peeled and sliced
2 celery sliced
2 scallions chopped
1/2 lb mozzerella chopped
1/2 green and 1/2 red pepper chopped
20 chopped sundried tomatoes, drained from oil(or sometimes you’ll find sundried tomato bits in oil, thats good.
1/2 cup black olives chopped
3/4 cup WHITE WINE VINEGAR
1 tbs dried basil
3 tbs garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup CANOLA oil
Add all vegetables and pasta in a bowl. Add dressing (premixed in a bowl) and pour over, mix thoroughly. Chill 6 hours before serving.
