Sounds good but keep it simple so you have time to spend with your guests.
With the ingrediants you already have for the antipasto make some calzones. These can be done in advance and are good both hot or cold.
Pizza is another option.
Someone mentioned because of where you live you might only have access to prepackaged deli products. Last I checked Rochester was a pretty vibrant community with many options. Also, isn’t it the home of Wegmans?
