Not only the fire suppression issue, but be careful because I missed the new sink size regulations (12″ x 12″ ) . Hidden in the sink regulations was water requirements to fill three times a day. This was caught by the people who built mine. Cottage Concessions advised me that CO has the single largest water tank requirements of any state in the US. My new 4×7 hotdog trailer  had to have “50 gallons” of water storage to meet all the criteria including 25 gallons for regular, and added water to fill three huge sinks three times a day.  They came up with a multiple tank system to keep all the water from sloshing around and allowing me to fill smaller amounts in the light weight trailer. I throw dishes in a tub and wash them later so don’t really want to carry 400 gallons of water around.
