Orange Juice and Santa Ana, CA. Almost all the orange juice produced today is squeezed from Valencia oranges, which were created in Santa Ana by agronomist/citrus farmer William Wolfskill.

The Los Angeles Cocktail, origin unknown. (I’ll let you do the research)
1 1/2 oz blended whiskey
1/4 oz sweet vermouth
juice of 1/2 lemons
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 whole egg
Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a whiskey sour glass.

Aqua de Sandia: Fresh watermelon juice
Agua de Mel�n: Fresh cantaloupe juice
Aqua de Limon: A mixture of fresh lemon and lime juices, lightly sweetened
Aqua de Pepino: Cucumber and lime juices blended
Aqua de Fresa: Fresh strawberries and sugar
Agua de Jamaica: Iced hibiscus tea
Horchata: Sweetened rice and cinnamon drink
