I am not a big fan, but my honey is, so I watch it with her. I agree jeepguy……….for all the hype about the "best competition yet", a lot of the folks in the top 20 are no better than the folks who play at your local lounge. That said, it will be (IMO) easy to get down to the top 5 or 6. After that, it is going to be very tough to forcast a winner. I wonder if the voters are record buyers?? Simon’s comment last night that it could be a "talet" contest, or a "popularity" contest with different results could be telling. Last year’s "vote for the worst" movement could not have made Idol management happy. JMO. We get down to 11 tonight. Who will get the swan song?
