Jason could be the star of the local church-sponsored coffeehouse. Unfortunately, having a three-note vocal range and being locked into a hippie/folk style and a Rastafarian look means that he is not mainstream enough to be a true star–except to the teenyboppers who are smitten with his looks.

Sorry, Jason–after the summer tour, it is back to college for you. You are not star material by any stretch of the imagination.
