The converse is true, since food coloring is added to the yellow, while white is truly is the cheese’s natural color. Haha, sorry, just had to point that out.
There is really nothing natural about american cheese. Might as well add more chemicals to our creation to own it’s processed nature. The friend is willing to eat white cheeses but not yellow, unless it’s something like white cheddar or american then see above. It’s not what I do, I was just throwing it out there. I did not know colby and monteray jack were the same but for color.
