I use American Cheese for 2 purposes only- burgers and hot dogs! For all other uses- real cheese please! BTW- yellow only, thank you very much! I’ve tried both, and although it has been stated here that the only difference between the 2 is food coloring, I’ve noticed a big difference! The white seems to have a taste of "regurgitation", while the yellow has a deeper, dare I say- almost "real-cheese" like taste, w/o the regurgitation!
