Reminds me of something I saw on an interior decorating site- someone took a vintage paint-by-number set of a street scene in Paris. They copied onto a transparency and used an overhead projector to project it onto their living room wall. They actually color-matched all the colors that came with the original paint-by-number set, bought the same colors in quarts of latex paint and painted the whole wall. It was really beautiful at the end.
