Schwabl’s 

Yes, clearly my favorite.

His second favorite, Bar Bill, I discovered 3 and a half years ago when Schwabl’s was temporarily closed. I didn’t mention my find on Roadfood because many here (without merit of course) think I keep tooting my own horn. 

As soon as he mentioned hard (ie stale) bun, I suspect the last one was from Charlie The Butcher– a one and done experience for me [xx(]

I tried to pause it just right to see the post it note but it’s difficult to make out the names.  It looks like sandwich C said Charlie but I can’t be sure.
