You need to step back a bit. Every state and locality has their own requirements. A gypsy food truck sounds romantic but I see that as problematic.
I don’t call it romantic, I call it retirement. I know the carnys do it quite easily, I’ve just got to find out what they know. I could wait till April, when carnival season starts, but I’d like to have my research done by then.
