It is not replaceable but it is easy to obtain. The mango barrels that anchovies are cured in to make fish sauce are scraped free of the salt, the salt is then laid out on screens on the beaches of Vietnam, once dried the salt is hermetically sealed then shipped to the endpoint. It’s one of my most potent weapons in the kitchen.
