Ah, the steak sandwiches. Thinly-sliced eye of the round (usually), about the same thickness as the meat used in cheesesteaks. Cooked and served on toast, preferably with sauteed onions, but raw is good. I think it’s a New Haven area thing, as I’ve never gound them anywhere else. Well, I make them, but that’s at home. [:D]
