Excellent list.  The BPT, Hoosier Sugar Cream Pie, Texas brisket, a Po Boy in NOLA, a Maryland crab cake and the Kentucky Hot Brown are at the top of my list of foods I must try.  

I did notice a mistake in the list.  For the Buffalo, NY specialty, Beef-On-Weck, they used a photo of the B-O-W sandwich from the All-Star Sandwich Bar in Cambridge, MA.
