Yeah Benz, I had heard that at least one of the vendors was telling a customer that his rent burden downtown was heavy. I figure it was the pity factor. But I found out a lond time ago, that pity is a less strong emotion than some would hope. I used to bleed my tip jar, figuring people would take some pity on my plight, turns out peer pressure (or guilt) is a stronger emotion and I always make more by leaving the jar filled.
