boiling,,,steaming,,,slow heating…..grilling[flat top], or bbq?
which method you you prefer or suggest,,,,and why.
i am setting up a cart and trying to decide if i should add a flat top grill or bbq for the dogs and sausages.
i will still have a steam table on the cart, weather or not i have any other cooking method.
