Since we don’t have a general forum for Turkey and other fowl/poultry, let’s use this thread to discuss the other catagories like turkey, duck, phesant, etc. With Thjanksgiving coming up it might be a timely topic. I’d like to do an informal poll on the different methods people use to cook their Thanksgiving Turkey. I do Cajun Deep fried, how about you?
