Was on a business trip to Eugene, OR last week and enjoyed a couple of great meals at Hole in the Wall Barbecue. I couldn’t find any mention of this place here on the site, so this would appear to be its introduction. Had a dinner of ribs, pulled pork and brisket, perfectly smoked, with sauce on the side (two choices of varying heats). Hit the place again for lunch the next day, when I enjoyed some great chili (with a mix-in spike on the side) and a hot link sandwich served with fresh-cut fries. They also offered chicken and turkey, along with Tuesdays-only smoked meatloaf. Place was packed with local regulars. Anyone else tried this place?
