I know that several Roadfooders have been to the Olpe (KS) Chicken House. I thought you might enjoy today’s story in the Emporia Gazette; the Chicken House is celebrating 50 years of ownership in the Coble family. It’s always nice to see this longevity in Roadfood restaurants, particularly in an age of chain restaurants, etc.
