Hi, I am Leann Rich in NW Ohio. I just now joined and am hoping to learn lots. I own a small retaurant in a town of about 250. It used to be more of a bar, but now is more diner like. I have an open grill, so everything I do is seen by everyone. Business is nothing like it used to be. All the good ‘ole boys are now gone and the younger people don’t seem to care. I am hanging in there, but just barely. I have lots of ideas but, don’t know what to try. Any advice is very welcome. Thanks, Leann
