Hello to everyone here,I would like to start out saying what a wonderful site this is.Where people are just starting out can get pro’s advice from people who have been there and done that.I believe I have read every post on here trying to learn as much as I can. That being said here we go my wife has been after me for about three years now to buy a hotdog cart, now she has me talked into it and to be honest I am really excited about this venture.I have been to so may web sites looking at carts and recipes and reading what others have done and so on.Being in Tampa there are quite a few vendors around,I like the Home Depot thing because of traffic, most of them are all taken,that and I can see paying someone fifty bucks to maybe be allowed to set up there.
I have no problem driving around talking to people and finding what i believe will work for me,if it doesnt work then i can move isnt that how we learn from failures and success ?? I havent bough my cart yet i am going to meet with a local company next week that builds them and have it built the way i want it.
I did read the post about it is illegal to cook onions in FL.Not to get off on the wrong foot here,but I am going to do it,i dont think anyone will say anything about it,and if they do well I guess I will deal with it then.
Any recommendations on carts locations,anything at all GREATLY appreciated.
