I’ve been noticing new lunch carts in Manhattan these days. Sort of like the SUV of lunch carts. They are huge, have room for 2 or 3 cooks inside. More like a mini-house than a cart. But they still have wheels and are carted away overnight. Food is same, depending on cart (donuts and coffe, greek food, falafel, grilled chicken, etc) but some carts have display windows, etc. Hardly humble beginnings anymore!!
What’s the deal here? Has anyone noticed?
