PP and I went shopping last night at Costcoand as I was looking for the jar of seafood cocktail sauce to go with the lb of shrimp and lb of scallops I’d just got I found some new TastyBites boxed dishes.

I’d bought TB prepared heat in the bag long grain rice and really like it. Tonight they had a multi-grain pilaf which looks good, but different to what I consider pilaf. To me pilaf comes from an old Armenian family recipe I grew up with in Fresno. We had several of these families on our block.

The other new TB product is "Jaipur vegetables, slow cooked veggies stew with paneer cheese."

Well I have no idea what paneer cheese is but this stuff is GOOD, Boy! it is spicy and when mixed with some of the TB long grain rice it is a quick fairly healthy meal.

Both products are listed as Vegan but not vegetarian safe, the vegges have dairy products in them.

I’m gonna have to go by Costco again today and buy several more, with Costco a lot of times when it’s gone, it’s gone.
