I have a problem and need help. Each year we have our annual firemans fish fry and I am tired of complaints about the bitterness of the cole slaw that we serve. Everyone raves about Red Lobster and Smokey Bones Barbeque slaw. Does anyone know if they prepare their slaw from scratch or if they get their dressing already prepared from a company commissary. If anyone has a recipe that produces a slaw like theirs, I would certainly appreciate it so I can stop the complaining. Thanks.
