Just booked my flight for a midwestern tour in July. I’ll be flying into KC, head down to Grandma’s in Parsons, KS, then over to see friends in Branson, MO.

Head up to St Louis, through Western Illinois and on into NE Iowa before arriving at my brother’s house in Red Wing, MN.

Leave there and head down to the Spencer, IA area to see more relatives, then through Omaha, NE and back to KC.

Cashew Chicken in Springfield, MO
Anything Grandma makes in Parsons KS (hopefully her rubarb pie!)

Wheel Inn in Sedalia, MO (Guber Burger before it’s gone![:(] )

Any recommendations for Western Illinois or elsewhere?
