Mrs MFL and I will be spending a few days in Memphis, one of our favorite towns btw, coming and going from the former King Biscuit Blues Festival in Helena Arkansas. We’ve got Bryants and The Blue and White for our two breakfasts, and The Cozy Corner and Interstate for lunches. In the past we always had seafood at the now gone Captain Bilbo’s, Cafe Roux and Andertons. Mrs MFL wants her 2 + 2 + 2 oysters. Any suggestions?
On another tact, we are staying in Clarksdale and might be there around dinner time. We’re thinking Madidi’s, Abe’s BBQ and possibly Ground Zero although I wasn’t all that thrilled with our last meal there; maybe we chose wrong or ordered the wrong items.
The Biscuit has the finest selections of Q we’ve ever come across, so it’s possible we’ll never eat in Clarksdale; hmm but previewing this post told me we will need a Clarksdale breakfast rec.
