Our little town of 8,000 has had a Home Depot for years, but last year we got a Lowes.   I go there from time to time and made friends with the store managers and they usually give me great deals on items.

Went in on Thursday night and looked around for a small gas grill.  Didn’t find anything I really wanted, but ended up wandering over to the appliance clearance area.  They usually have good deals and the managers make them great for me. 

This deal was no different……..

I bought a Brand New in the Box 25 cubic foot chest freezer with plastic dividers and 4 baskets for the grand total of……….   $350.

That’s right, a $799 freezer for $350.  And got a 4 year Commercial warranty (covers food spoilage up to $1500) for $79.

So I’m basically saying, make friends with the managers of your local home improvement stores because they might be able to give you great deals!
